These terms govern your purchase of Somnair Labs products from this website. By placing an order you accept them.
What our products are, and are not
Somnair Pet sells consumer pet accessories — elevated bowls, feeders and feeding mats — and food products for dogs, namely Somnair™ Breathe Easy Bites and the Somnair™ Maple Wood Chew.
None of these is a veterinary medical device or a medicine. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and they do not replace veterinary diagnosis, advice or treatment. Individual results vary from dog to dog. Testimonials on this site describe individual experiences and are not a promise of any particular outcome.
Supervise your pet the first few times it uses a new product, and check it regularly for damage. Replace any item that is cracked, chipped or splintered. Chews and treats should be given under supervision. If your pet shows signs of illness, discomfort or a change in eating or drinking habits, speak to a qualified veterinarian.
Prices, currency and taxes
Prices are shown in the currency of your market: US dollars in the United States, Canadian dollars in Canada, pounds sterling in the United Kingdom and Australian dollars in Australia. The currency and the final amount are confirmed at checkout before payment. Sales tax, GST/HST/QST, VAT and any duties are calculated and shown at checkout or, for cross-border charges, collected by the carrier — see the Shipping Policy.
Promotional prices, bundles and discounts apply while shown and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. They do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.
Subscriptions and automatic renewal
A Subscribe & Save option is offered on Somnair™ Breathe Easy Bites and on the Somnair™ Maple Wood Chew. If you choose it, you are enrolling in a recurring plan. In plain terms:
- you save 20% on every delivery, including the first;
- we charge and ship every month, to the payment method and address on the order, until you cancel;
- there is no minimum number of deliveries and no cancellation fee;
- you can cancel, pause, skip or change a subscription at any time from the link in your order confirmation email, from your account, or by emailing contact@somnairlabs.com. Cancel before a renewal is prepared and you are not charged for it;
- renewal prices follow the plan price in force at the time of renewal. We give notice before any increase.
Where a subscription option is pre-selected on the product page, you can switch to a one-time purchase at any point before you pay, and the cart and checkout state which one you have chosen.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel it — and refund you in full — where an item is unavailable, where a price or description was clearly wrong, or where we suspect fraud.
Delivery and risk
Delivery terms are set out in the Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, images, video, logos and the Somnair and Somnair Pet names — belongs to Somnair Labs or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under consumer protection legislation in your state, province or country. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, and by the mandatory consumer protection rules of your state, province or country, which take precedence where they conflict.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your order.
