Shipping Policy

This policy applies to orders of Somnair Labs dog supplements, including ClearVision™ Food Drops. We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are processed on the next business day. You receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel ships.

These are estimates from the date of purchase, processing included. They are not guaranteed: carriers, customs and periods of high demand can add delay.
Shipping charges
Rates are set in US dollars. If you shop from Canada, checkout shows the equivalent amount in Canadian dollars.

Please note: the single-bottle Buy One pack ships at $4.49 Standard or $9.49 Fastest whatever the order total — free shipping does not apply to it. The multi-bottle packs ship free. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Customs and duties — Canada
Parcels to Canada ship from the United States and may be subject to duties, taxes or a customs handling fee levied by the Canada Border Services Agency. These charges are set by the authorities, are not collected by us, and are the responsibility of the recipient. Refusing a parcel to avoid them is treated as a return: the shipping paid and any carrier fees are not refunded.
Tracking
Tracking information can take 24–48 hours to start updating after a parcel ships. You can follow your order from the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Wrong address, lost or delayed parcels
Please check your shipping address carefully: we cannot redirect a parcel once it has left the warehouse. If your parcel is lost, is late beyond the estimate above, or shows as delivered without arriving, email us at contact@somnairlabs.com and we will sort it out with the carrier.
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier, as set out in our Terms of Service.
Subscriptions
Subscription renewals ship on the same terms and at the same rates as the order that created them.
