Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You should feel good about what you buy. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee to make your choice risk-free. Take it home and try it out. If you aren't happy, simply return it for a full refund.
Email contact@somnairlabs.com within 30 days of delivery and we refund what you paid for the product, plus any original shipping you paid. A bowl that has been used does not void the guarantee: we would rather your dog tried it properly.
Orders placed before October 26, 2026 keep the guarantee period shown when they were bought: 60 days, or 90 days for Breathe Easy Bites.
Return postage is paid by you. We ask you to send the item back at your own cost, to the address we give you when we confirm your request. We do not provide a prepaid label. Once the return is on its way, we process your refund as set out below — the shipping you paid on the original order is refunded, the cost of sending it back is not.
How to request a refund
- Email contact@somnairlabs.com with your order number and, if you like, a line about how it went for your dog.
- We reply with confirmation and the address to return the item to. There is no form to fill in and no photo to send. Please use a tracked service: without tracking we cannot tell whether a parcel reached us.
- Once approved, the refund goes back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may add a few days on top.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items
Email us within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo where relevant. We replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping, at your choice. When the fault is ours — a damaged, incorrect or missing item — you never pay to return anything: we cover the return, or tell you not to bother sending it back.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the link in your order confirmation email, from your account, or by emailing contact@somnairlabs.com. Cancelling stops all future renewals.
A renewal already dispatched cannot be cancelled retroactively, but it remains covered by the 30-day guarantee above, counted from its own delivery date. If a renewal took you by surprise, tell us — we would rather refund it than argue about it.
Cancelling an order before it ships
Email us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been handed to the carrier, we cancel and refund it in full.
Not covered
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery (orders placed before October 26, 2026: see above).
- Products bought from a seller other than Somnair Labs.
- The cost of returning an item to us, except where the fault is ours.
