Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Somnair Labs collects when you visit this store, buy from it or contact us, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers customers in the United States and Canada.
What we collect
- Contact and order details — name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number where you give one, and what you ordered.
- Payment details — handled by our payment providers. We receive a confirmation and the last digits of the card; we never see or store the full card number.
- Account details — if you create an account.
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser, pages viewed, and how you reached us, through cookies and similar technologies.
- Messages — what you write to us by email or through a form.
Why we use it
- To take, ship and support your order, including subscription renewals.
- To answer you.
- To send marketing emails where you have opted in. Every one has an unsubscribe link.
- To measure and improve the store, and to advertise it — including through Meta and Google, which may match a hashed identifier to their own records.
- To prevent fraud and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
With the providers that make the store work, and only for that purpose: Shopify (hosting, checkout, payments), our payment processors, our fulfilment and shipping partners, our subscription provider, our email provider, and our analytics and advertising providers. We also share where the law requires it, and in the context of a sale or reorganisation of the business.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing data with advertising partners can count as a “sale” or as “sharing for targeted advertising” under some US state laws; see your rights below.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Support emails are kept while they are useful to you and to us.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email contact@somnairlabs.com and we will reply within the time the law allows. We do not charge for this and we will not treat you differently for asking.
United States. If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you also have the right to opt out of targeted advertising and of any “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information, and to appeal a decision we make on a request.
Canada. Under PIPEDA, and under Quebec's Law 25 if you live in Quebec, you can access and correct your information, withdraw consent, ask that it be de-indexed, and complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec. Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart, remember preferences, measure traffic and support advertising. You can refuse or delete them in your browser; the store still works, but the cart and checkout need the essential ones.
International transfers
Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries, under contractual safeguards with our providers.
Children
This store is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Security
We work with providers who apply recognised safeguards. No system is perfect; please do not send us card numbers or other sensitive details by email.
Changes
We update this policy when our practices change, and we update the date at the top.
